[2015.06.18] Ansan City SMEs Achieve 'Great Results' in Indian Market Development

Ansan City dispatched its second trade mission of the year to India, following the earlier Oceania mission, achieving $1.317 million in on-site export consultations and $800,000 in potential contract amounts.

The India trade mission comprised 5 promising Ansan City SMEs: Geukdong Hoist Co., EPIC Systems, Korea Eundan Co., Sungjin Industrial Co., and Korea Sun LED Co. From the 6th to 12th, the mission conducted export consultations, market research, and local company visits in New Delhi and Bangalore, India.

Among participating companies, Sungjin Industrial Co. established a joint venture with an Indian buyer, aggressively responding to the rapidly growing Indian market with plans to pursue contracts exceeding $600,000.
