Refund policy

1. Return Window & Conditions
30-Day Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, resalable condition. All original packaging and components must be included and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to security and structural integrity risks, any smart lock that has been installed, drilled, wired, or programmed is strictly ineligible for return or refund due to a change of mind.

2. Return Shipping & Associated Fees
Buyer’s Responsibility: For all returns due to a change of mind (e.g., incorrect size or model ordered), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and any customs duties incurred during the initial delivery are strictly non-refundable.

Transaction Fees: Please note that payment gateway transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, credit card) may be deducted from your total refund amount, depending on the payment processor's policy.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
Prior Approval Required: Before shipping any items back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team via the Contact Us section.

Unauthorized Returns: Any package returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected, and the buyer will be responsible for any associated recovery fees.

4. Defective on Arrival (DOA) & Warranty
DOA Claims (Strict 7-Day Deadline): If your product arrives damaged or defective, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photo and video evidence. Please be advised that claims submitted after this 7-day window may not be eligible for a full refund or free replacement under the DOA policy.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Our products include a 1-year limited hardware warranty. This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper DIY installation, physical modification, or user negligence.
