How can I use the remote control or app functions if they are optional?
To use these optional features, you must purchase the corresponding modules separately:
For Remote Control: You need both a Remote Control Module and a Remote Control.
These can be found in the Accessories category under the Products menu.
For App Functionality: You need a BLE Module, also available in the Accessories category.

What can I do with the EPIC Things(BLE) app?
The app serves as your command center. You can lock or unlock your door via Bluetooth, manage family members, issue temporary passcodes for guests, and review a 24/7 access history. When paired with our Wi-Fi Bridge, you can control your lock and receive real-time alerts from anywhere in the world.

What happens if the batteries run out when I am away?
For models with a C-Type port, connect a power cable to the terminal to supply emergency power, then enter your PIN to unlock the door.
For models with 9V emergency terminals, press a 9V alkaline battery against the contact points and enter your PIN while maintaining contact.
Once the door is open, please replace all AA alkaline batteries immediately.
※ Keep the 9V battery in contact until the door is fully unlocked.
※ The location of the emergency terminal may vary depending on the model.
