Installation Requirements
📌Mortise Lock
Door Holes
Upper hole: This is the passage for connecting the front and main body of the door lock. A hole with a diameter of 32mm must be drilled.
Lower hole: This is the opening where the mortise body is inserted into the door. A hole with a diameter of 70mm must be drilled.
Backset
The distance from the edge of the door to the center of the lower hole. The standard backset is approximately 70mm.
Door Thickness
The standard door thickness for installation is 40 ~ 50mm.
Mortise Dimensions
This refers to the size of the mortise body installed inside the door.
Length: 73.5mm / Depth: 105.5mm
Strike Box Dimensions
This refers to the size of the strike box installed on the door frame.
Length: 19mm / Depth: 18mm
📌RIM Lock
Door Hole
This is the passage for the connecting front and main body of the door lock. A hole with a diameter of 32mm must be drilled.
Backset
The distance from the edge of the door to the center of the Door Hole.
Door Thickness
The standard door thickness for installation is about 30 ~ 50mm. Since this may vary by product, please refer to the specific product page for more information.
※ For Thick Doors: If your door is about 55 ~ 70mm thick, please place a request when ordering. We will provide specialized screws for thick doors.
Depth
The depth at which the deadbolt is inserted into the strike when the door is locked. A minimum engagement of 10mm is required.

Is self-installation possible?
Self-installation is an optional choice for our customers.
However, please be advised that any issues arising from installation without a sufficient understanding of the product may not be covered under our free warranty service.
If you choose to install the product yourself, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the installation manuals, guides, and video materials provided by the company before proceeding.

Can the product be installed in outdoor environments (exposed to snow, rain, or direct sunlight)?
We do not recommend installing the product in environments where it may be directly exposed to snow or rain.
While the device features basic water resistance, water or moisture penetrating the interior of the unit can cause malfunctions.
Furthermore, we advise against using or leaving the product in locations with high temperatures or intense direct sunlight.
Continuous exposure to UV rays may lead to keypad cracking and potential mechanical failure.
Can I install it after removing my existing door lock?
Yes, it is possible to install the new lock after removing the existing one.
However, depending on the condition of the door, additional drilling may be required.
